Hi, I’m Audrey — founder of Island Passion and a proud sexual wellness advocate!

So, what does that mean? Simply put, I help people understand, value, and improve their sexual wellness. I do this by normalizing and destigmatizing conversations about sex, desire, and pleasure, and by helping people explore products, practices, and resources that support their well-being.

Sexual wellness isn’t just about the physical body. It’s about confidence, empowerment, and embracing our bodies and pleasure without shame. Spoiler alert: the most powerful sex organ is the brain!

My passion for this work comes from both lived experience and the countless stories others have shared with me.

That’s why I created Island Passion: to create opportunities where we can talk honestly, share evidence-based knowledge alongside lived experience, and rediscover passion at every stage of life.

  • Menopalooza - September 27-28, 2025 - Victoria

    Empowering first of its kind 2-day conference in Victoria for women on the menopause continuum. It was all about information, empowerment and taking actionable next steps. The movement isn't over!

    Audrey's talk on day 2 was called Solo or Partnered - Menopause is not the end of your Sex Life. Filled with info on sexual wellness and menopause including myths and facts, female sexual response, sexual activity health benefits, the importance of exploration, curiosity and intention, and well-researched information on considerations for choosing safe and appropriate lubricants, moisturizers and toys. Attendees left with a smile and fire in the belly fuelled by practical strategies, tools, resources, humour and heartfelt connections.
